In 2012 his company was awarded "Best in Home Care" for the third year in a row. 2012 Randy was asked to join the Advisory Board for Cornerstone Financial Strategies a financial planning, securities and advisory services company in Tacoma, WA. Beginning October 2012 Randy will serve on the City of University Place Economic Development Commission.
